MBSR facilitators can activate courses for their participants by emailing hello@swiveldigital.co with the participants names and email address. Facilitators will receive a group code that they can forward to their participants.

Participants can access the Hello Now app by downloading the app from the app stores and logging in with the group code provided by their facilitator.

The Hello Now app serves as a dedicated companion for engaging in home practice during the MBSR program. It provides quick access to a variety of practices, supports ongoing mindfulness training, and allows participants to record their thoughts and reflections. With lifetime access, participants can continue their practice beyond the program.
