MBSR facilitators can activate courses for their participants by emailing
hello@swiveldigital.co with the
participants
names and email address. Facilitators will receive a group code that they can
forward to their participants.
Participants can access the Hello Now app by downloading the app from the app
stores and logging in with the group code
provided by their facilitator.
The Hello Now app serves as a dedicated companion for engaging in home practice
during the MBSR program. It provides quick access to a variety of practices,
supports ongoing mindfulness training, and allows participants to record their
thoughts and reflections. With lifetime access, participants can continue their
practice beyond the program.
MBSR is a program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn that combines mindfulness
meditation, body awareness, and yoga to help individuals reduce stress and
promote overall well-being. It is an evidence-based program widely recognised
for its effectiveness in managing stress and enhancing resilience.

support participants in their mindfulness journey during the course and beyond,
regardless of their prior experience.
The content has been specifically designed to be used with any MBSR course.
The Hello Now app is available for both iOS and Android devices. It can be
downloaded and installed on smartphones and tablets running the respective
operating systems.
